Many realtors' reviews are glowing because of their help with buying the thing. This review is glowing because Joe helped us NOT buy the thing. Yes, through the whole process, Joe was attentive, thoughtful, communicated well, and was clearly attuned to our best interests. However, when push came to shove, we weren't feeling right. And Joe supported us by encouraging us to listen to the voice that was telling us it wasn't a good fit. Joe honored our intuition and prioritized our happiness and was every bit as available as when we thought we might buy the thing. I can't recommend him enough. A gem. - Melissa D
